Company sent 2 guys to make a planning. I was planning to change crawl space water pump, ground and all wood in the crawl space to be isolated, and seal all holes in the crawl space and around me the house. And in addition I planned to make pest control. They addressed my primary concerns and showed me additional problems. We did the plan, then I paid 25% percent of advance money and they did perfect job pretty soon. After most recent rains we checked the crawl space - no sungle drop of water found in crawl space, no stale water around the house. Excellent job!

Crawl space care did the encapsulation of 2 dirt floor basement areas for us. Chris and his crew gave outstanding customer service even in assisting us with some heavy items that were NOT a part of the basic job scope. They did an excellent job of the encapsulation and have a good attention to detail, even take their shoes off to keep the new liner clean and they leave the area clean when done. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing to have this done.

We took a leap of faith after meeting with Brandon to inspect our crawlspace and discuss the options available to correct the issue. The quote was very thorough and detailed as there were no hidden costs.Chris C and his crew did an excellent job with our crawl space encapsulation. Just had their CrawlSpace Care crew install the high quality reinforced vapor liner to cover the ground and walls and they also install the Bora Foam Boards along all the walls too. But,before that they did a very thorough job of disposing any unwanted debri,such as unwanted previously left behind cement block in flooring,and they made sure the floor suface was pretty much level,and they thoroughly cleaned any of the mold or mildew from the above floor joices,then thoroughly treated all above floor joices with the mold care application. They also made sure that the Dehumidifier along with the Condensor pump was working correctly,and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly as well. They were very personable and met all of our needs for our crawlspace to be able to use even as a storage space if we wanted to. Very happy with the whole job! Well done,and thanks to Derek and his crew and also to management Mr.Nininger. Would strongly recommend the Bugman Company to anyone,who needs help with their crawlspace issues,or bug problems!

My basement was cold, damp, musty smelling and just down right scary. These guys were so professional and courteous. No mess was left behind and believe me it was a mess they walked into. Before they even completed the job it became warmer upstairs and the heat pump quit running continuously. This is well worth the investment.

I used Bug Man for termite extermination and crawl space vapor barrier installation. Matt Lampkin did the termite treatment. I was not home when they did the treatment. You never knew he and his crew was ever here. They left no mess at all. Chris Carter and his crew were fantastic. Those guys were very professional and polite. They did a great job for me. I used Bug Man/Crawlspace Care to seal the crawlspaces of two properties. From the time they came to inspect and give a quote, to the completion of each job, they were very professional, thorough and straightforward. The crew also seemed to really enjoy working together, which was a refreshing change of pace.I can and do highly recommend BugMan/Crawlspace Care and their services.Also...The air quality and temperature regulation in the houses have already shown great improvement. From the initial contact we were very impressed with the company. Cory was on time, explained everything throughly to my husband and myself. We were very impressed that this is a “green company”, as we have an elderly dog that we also wanted to protect. Cory was very through in walking around the house, and telling us where the bugs were. He spent some time in our crawl space to evaluate what needed to be done for a possible encapsulation. All in all his knowledge of his business and professionalism was second to none. We would recommend The Bug Man to anyone. Best part is that he got rid of my ants that had recently taken over my kitchen.

We moved to Pulaski, VA from Texas. We had never seen a crawl space before, but we could see ours was a mess. Our Bugman technician, Michael, suggested a visit from Derek to see what could be done. Derek explained the dangers of mold, radon and humidity to our home and us. He completed his inspection and presented a quote. The young men arrived promptly with great enthusiasm. They worked with purpose and completed the project, including carrying off the junk left by the previous owner. I'd say it was my favorite part but when our utility bill arrived, it was 33% less and still is. The contractor who worked on our home said the crawl space was so nice he could live there!

We have a full basement in our home which has started leaking and also has mold in one room. Our son-in-law told us to contact JES foundation repair as well as a couple of other reputable contract agencies.We spoke with Corey Applin from JES. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, our concerns and was extremely patient with us. Because of his professionalism and understanding, we decided to go with JES.This young man is certainly an asset to his company.We are looking forward to getting our work done in the spring with such a reputable company. Brandon Terry came to the house and explained the whole procedure for our crawl space. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. We had received two other estimates but CrawlSpace Care was half the price and we received a better, thicker quality vapor barrier.We first received a complete termite/mold inspection then the vapor barrier installation. The barrier covered the entire floor plus up the sides of the cinder block then foam barrier up to the floor joists. We also had a larger, more efficient humidifier installed. Within days the quality of the air in the crawlspace and our home improved greatly and we no longer worry about ground contaminants seeping into our home.Also, the barrier is white so going under the house is a brighter, more pleasant experience. The crawlspace is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We are so happy we made the investment.

I had a consistent pool of water in my crawlspace, especially during rainy weather. It made the house smell a little and had 2 frogs in it at one point. But they laid out down heavy vinyl, a pump system, and a dehumidifier. They inspect it every year and service the dehumidifier annually. They are not cheap but do a good job. The system has worked flawlessly for 2 years. There is a fee to service the dehumidifier, but they guarantee their work. I recommend them for problem crawl spaces, but have your pocket book ready. It is good work, but it ain't cheap. Nevertheless I recommend them.
